La Carapace is a project to purchase a former retirement home with nine independent studios of 17.5m², each equipped with a kitchen and bathroom, and a 15m² terrace.
This single-story 250m² building , which is fully equipped for people with reduced mobility, dates from the 1980s, and features a beautiful common room of approximately 60m² and a pleasant 50m² courtyard. Everything in La Carapace is functional; no work is required.
